⚠ IMPORTANT INFORMATION:

"AAA" Photography Inc. has been dissolved (closed down and ceased to exist as an active entity) as a corporation/business as of January 19, 2026.

This was, however, done illegally as the business/owner Rob Johnson still had many creditors, and a business cannot be dissolved without being in good financial standing. Employees were not paid for 3-5 weeks even though they worked throughout all that time. Franchises were not delivered products despite having sent in their money and photos. Vendors not paid for services such as large scale printing operations. This fact was hidden from the Registrar of Companies. This was done to try to wipe out all the debt owed to these individuals/businesses.

Also, please be aware that a sole proprietorship named "AAA" Photography (without the "Inc.") may or may not be opened by Rob Johnson. This was meant to be confused with the previous corporation named "AAA" Photography Inc.

This is the truth of the matter. There are many individuals who can attest to this. Concrete evidence is documented as well.
